Sarah Geronimo Snags 2013 MTV EMA Nomination

Sarah Geronimo caught the attention of an international award-giving body once again, this time the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA).

The Philippines' Popstar Princess is among the artists nominated in the 2013 MTV EMA's Best Southeast Asian Act, alongside Malaysia's Hafiz, Vietnam's My Tam, Indonesia's NOAH, Singapore's Olivia Ong, and Thailand's Slot Machine.

"Sarah Geronimo is hailed as the Philippines' Popstar Princess," MTV EMA wrote. "For a decade now, she has achieved multi-platinum albums, record-breaking concerts, blockbuster movies, high-rating TV shows, and countless endorsements."

The 2013 MTV EMA is set to be held in the Netherlands on November 11 and will be broadcast via more than 60 channels across the world.

Early this year, the 25-year-old Kapamilya star nabbed three nods in 2013 World Music Awards. She was also nominated in this year's Kids Choice Awards in the Favorite Asian Act category.
