The rumor claims that the 59-year-old Hong Kong actor died in a stunt accident while shooting for his upcoming movie, "Rush Hour 5."

"People across the globe coudn't still believe that Jackie Chan is already dead. According to a report, Jackie Chan encountered an accident during performing a deadly stunt for his latest action movie the 'Rush Hour 5'," reads a viral Facebook post.

The report is 100% false as the action star is alive and well.

Almost every month a Jackie Chan death hoax appears on Facebook and other social networking sites.

In July, in an effort to end the rumors, the actor released a photo of him holding a newspaper and a statement that said, "If I died, I would probably tell the world! I took a photo with today’s date, just in case you don’t believe me! However, thank you all for your concern. Kiss kiss and love you all!"
