Filipino man jumps to death from cruise ship, caught on CCTV

A 31 year-old Filipino crew member of Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship has been presumed dead after jumping off from the vessel, Press Association reported.

The man was captured on a CCTV camera climbing the railing and jumping off the cruiser at 10:15 p.m. (London Time) on Friday.

Apparently after knowing, the crew immediately turned the ship around in an attempt to find their colleague.

However, after an overnight extensive search, the man is still nowhere to be found. He is now believed to be dead since he jumped into the freezing waters of the English Channel - with hypothermia, no one could survive for long.
