Two Pinoy acts have earned a unanimous yes from the judges and are advancing to the next round of competition in "Canada's Got Talent," a TV talent search.

Singer Paul Kevin Ong won over the judges with his rendition of “Somewhere” from the Broadway musical “West Side Story” while dance troupe Kayumanggi Philippine Performing Arts mesmerized them with the traditional Muslim dance, "Singkil."

Check out their performances below:

Review from the Toronto Star: "This immigrant from the Philippines seemed so sincere that it was a relief when he could actually sing and made it through to the next round. He was so happy after getting three yeses from the judges (and a standing ovation) that he couldn’t even speak. Short advised him not to gesticulate so much when he sings and I suspect Ong will take the advice to heart."

Review from the Toronto Star: "Their performance, acting out a tale about a princess escaping from an evil king in a castle, included boys balancing on bamboo poles held aloft, girls dancing and posing between the poles as the guys brought them together and apart, and dancing with fans. It was very colourful and unlike anything we’ve seen before on the show." -NoypiStuff
