Melason also confirmed reports that they are expecting a baby.
"Positive na positive! Two lines," Cantiveros told Abunda.
"Ayokong sumuka, Tito Boy... baka masuka ko yung baby," she jokingly said.
Showbiz talk show host Ogie Diaz broke the news about the 25-year-old "Banana Split" star's pregnancy last week. He said Cantiveros is 2 months pregnant.
Cantiveros and Francisco first met in ABS-CBN's popular reality series "Pinoy Big Brother" in 2009. They continued to see each other after the reality TV competition but broke up in February 2012.
It was reported last June that the pair rekindled their romantic relationship.
