San Sebastian College Manila - Preschool level only ("#WalangPasok San Sebastian College Manila (Preschool level) July 29, 2013" - Umagang Kay Ganda)

In its 24-hour forecast, state weather bureau PAGASA said Metro Manila, Central Luzon, MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, CARAGA and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

The rest of the country will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, it added.

There is a Low Pressure Area located at 60 km Northeast of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro (12.6°N, 121.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
