"Circuit Makati is Ayala Land’s 21-hectare integrated, mixed-use development anchored on entertainment experiences that brings together Ayala Land’s various product lines," Ayala Land president Antonino T. Aquino said. "In five years’ time, it will rise as a dynamic urban hub seamlessly complementing the distinct taste for living, leisure and lifestyle of today’s modern urbanites."
The new development will feature a 1,500-seater performing arts venue, called the "Circuit Theater," that will host Broadway-type and other musical shows; the 600-meter "Circuit Lane" walkway that will have retail and leisure shops including interactive exhibits; and the 20,000-seat Circuit Event Grounds, an open grounds area intended for events such as concerts, sports, and fashion shows.
Circuit Makati will built in the next five years and will cost up to P20 billion.
