72-year-old Grandpa Model Poses For Girls' Clothing, Becomes Internet Sensation

A 72-year-old grandpa in China has become an internet sensation after posing for his granddaughter's female fashion store.

Liu Xianping donned teen girls' dresses offered by his granddaughter's clothing line Yuekou for a joke. But when his photos wearing the clothes made their way online, they became viral and the store's sales increased fivefold.

"He picked up one piece and tried to give some advice on how to mix and match. We thought it was fun so we started shooting," Xianping's granddaughter Ms. Lv told the Chinese Newsweek.

When asked for his comment, Xianping said he does not have a problem wearing the outfits and that he is happy to be helping the store.

"Modeling for the store is helping my granddaughter and I have nothing to lose," he said. "We were very happy on the day of the shooting. I’m very old and all that I care about is to be happy."
