RN HEALS Batch 4 Application Forms Now Available For Download Online

RN HEALS Batch 4 application forms can now be downloaded online. The download links are as follows:

For Nurses: Application Form A 
For Midwives: Application Form B

Nurses and midwives who are interested to be part of the RN HEALS Batch 4 can submit their applications starting Monday, October 29, 2012, according to the Department of Health (DOH).

Applications can be submitted to the following Centers for Health Development for Public Health Training in the Rural Health Units or to DOH hospitals for applicants interested in clinical/hospital training.

The recruitment selection period will end on November 29, 2012.

Successful applicants will be part of the fourth batch of the RN HEALS, a training/volunteer program of the government which will deploy thousands of nurses and midwives to rural health settings, where they will help deliver health care services.

The duration of training will be from January 2, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

RN HEALS stands for Registered Nurses for Health Enhancement and Local Service.
