It is the 86th edition of the Dallas-based luxury retailer's gift list and it features similar degree of extravaganza of gifting items we saw in the past editions.

"This is part of our tradition. This is what we're known for," said Neiman Marcus VP of Corporate Communications Ginger Reeder. "Every year the the catalog has a broad range of gifts anywhere from just $10 to just over one million dollars."

The priciest item in this year's list is a pair of "his and hers" watches from Van Cleef & Arpels, which depict a love story on the faces and come with two business-class tickets to Paris and Geneva to tour the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique, atelier, and watchmaking workshops. It costs $1,090,000.

On the other hand, the least expensive item is a $10 monogrammed mug.

The list also includes a $354,000 sports car; $30,000 walk-on role in Broadway's "Annie: The Musical;" a $70,000 video portrait of an owl by artist Robert Wilson, a $150,000 wood-paneled trailer designed for tailgating with a sound system and bar stocked with bourbon and rye; a $99,500 water-propelled jetpack; $100,000 Heritage Hen Mini Farm; and a $90,000 gaming machine.

"Its the one person who is looking for that exact gift. We are not suggesting this is something that everyone should buy this is something everybody should wish for," Reeder said.

Each of the fantasy gifts  this year is linked to a charity that will benefit from its sale.
