PNoy's SONA 2012 Replay
President Benigno "Noynoy" S. Aquino III delivered his third State of the Nation Address (SONA) during a joint session to mark the opening of the third regular session of the 15th Congress of the Philippines at the Batasan Pambansa Complex in Quezon City on Monday, July 23, 2012.

PNoy's 2012 SONA lasted for about one and a half hour and was interrupted  over 100 times with applause. The loudest and the longest was when he mentioned about the Responsible Parenthood Bill, the Palace's own version of the controversial Reproductive Health (RH) bill.

The President also recited the accomplishments of his administration since he took office two years ago. Among them were the record 6.4% GDP growth in the first quarter of 2012, record performances of the stock market, rising tourist arrivals and record high increase in coco water exports.
