Bikini Onesie Bodysuits (Etsy) |
The Bikini Onesie, according to most parents interviewed by WMTV, is "inappropriate," with one father saying he wouldn't let his daughter wear the "bikini" because "it gives people the wrong idea too quickly."
Manufactured by Bon Bebe, the controversial "bikini" is designed for a child aged up to 18 months old.
While others were outraged by the Bikini Onesie, some saw the outfit as a joke and said its critics needed to lighten up.
"I just think people overreact to stupid stuff, I just don't take offense to that at all," mom Jeannie Stanley told WMTV.
The company behind the bodysuit has not been reached for a comment.
What do you think of the baby outfit? Would you let your child wear it?
i am a grandmother and i find them acceptable. they are cute and in nice colors..not sexy at all...get over it !
ReplyDeleteI agree, it's harmless and the baby is completely covered up. Are these the same parents that buy onesies w/skulls on them?
