Janine Tugonon is Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2012

Candidate number 18 Janine Tugonon has been named the winner of the 2012 Binibining Pilipinas pageant held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, April 15. Tugonon will be representing the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2012 competition.

During the Question and Answer portion, Tugonon was asked by judge Jose Manuel Romualdez about her feelings towards women of today who choose a successful career over a happy family life.

She responded, "Well, I believe that women have the right to choose between what they want. But for me, you'll have to go for what God has called you to do. Whatever it is between the two, you must do what's your purpose in this world. Just have a child-like faith and mature obedience and everything will go smoothly."

The 22-year-old beauty was born and raised in Balanga, Bataan. She took BS Pharmacy and graduated as Cum Laude at the University of Santo Tomas where she was crowned Ms. Pharmacy and Ms. UST in 2010.

Matunog at usap usapan ang pag sali ni Rose Ann Eustaquio sa Bb. Pilipinas 2012. Ang kanyang mga kaibigan at pamilya ay todo suporta sa dalagang ito. She is 24 years old, honor student sa kanyang Unibersidad. Sinasabing malakas ang hatak ng aspiring candidate na ito dahil sa kanyang husay sa larangan ng pagmomodelo at lutang na lutang ang personalidad nito. Matalino, maganda, at marunong dalhin ang sarile. Maraming nagsasabing kahawig niya si Ms. International 2011 Diane Necio. Subaybayan natin sa susunod na taon si Rose Ann Eustaquio.
