BMW 328i Is Consumer Reports' Top Pick For Sports Sedan

The 2014 BMW 328i has been chosen by the Consumer Reports as the best sports sedan for 2014.

The magazine recently released its Top Picks 2014, which singles out the best car models in 10 categories based on test performance, reliability and safety. The BMW 328i won the sports sedan category.

According to Consumer Reports, the BMW 328i delivers excellent handling and a high fun-to-drive factor. It’s also roomier, more luxurious, and more fuel-efficient than past models. The 328i’s 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine is quick and thrifty, posting 28 mpg overall, which is best among gas-powered models in its class.

The other winners are Tesla Model S (best overall), Subaru Forester (small SUV), Honda Accord (midsized sedan), Subaru Impreza (compact car), Hyundai Santa Fe (Midsized SUV), Toyota Prius (green car), Ram 1500 (pickup truck), Audi A6 (luxury car), and Honda Odyssey (minivan).
