The CPA Board Exam Results for October 2013 have been released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday, October 21, six working days after the last day of the exam.

According to the PRC, a total of 4,246 out of 10,396 examinees successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination given by the Board of Accountancy in various cities across the country early this month.

The exam was topped by University of St. Louis-Tuguegarao grad Jacson C. Apostol, who garnered a board rating of 93.86%. Second in the list of topnotchers was Loraine J. Santos University of Santo Tomas, with 92.86%. Christian John G. Rojo of University of St. La Salle and Aljon Q. Santos of Holy Angel University shared the third spot, with their 92.57% score.

PRC said that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on November 4, 5 & 6, 2013. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2013-2016. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
