Fans of the show took to their social media accounts to air their frustration after watching several minutes of TV commercials and less of the episode.

"28 minutes commercial, 2 minutes Got to Believe! #G2BFirstDayHigh" @AngNasaBabaNito tweeted.

"Congrats daw sa ABS-CBN! You've got a record for the longest commercial ever!!! Arrr xDHAHAHA," a tweet from @KryzleRahnelala reads.

Via his Twitter account, ABS-CBN Advertising and Promotions Manager Mico del Rosario apologized for what happened.

"Apologies for the technical problems," he said in a tweet.

The September 27 episode will reportedly be aired in full on Monday, September 30.
