Top 10 Most Livable Cities In The Philippines 2013

GMA News TV's "Ang Pinaka" recently came up with a list of "Top 10 Most Livable Cities in the Philippines." The cities were ranked as follows:

1. Cebu City
2. Makati City
3. Quezon City
4. Puerto Princesa City
5. Tagatay City
6. Davao City
7. Baguio City
8. Iloilo City
9. Bacolod City
10. Manila

The Top 10 livable cities were chosen by a panel of experts comprised of top architect and urban planner Felino 'Jun' Palafox Jr., University of the Philippines College of Architecture Dean Mary Anne Espina, and top travel blogger and heritage conservation advocate Ivan Henares.

Among the factors considered in the selection of the best places to live in the country were accessibility to services such as education and health, security, ease of doing business, presence of infrastructures and heritage and character.
