Nikki Gil and Billy Crawford have called it quits.

The celebrity couple's break-up was confirmed by showbiz columnist and TV host Ogie Diaz on Twitter.

"Kalungkot naman. Break na ang mga labs kong sina @nikkigil at Billy Crawford. Sana, friends pa din para naka-smile pa rin sila," Diaz tweeted Wednesday, July 24.

The news came a year after the pair was rumored to have broken up. While Nikki admitted they had a misunderstanding, she denied the reports that they had split back then.

Nikki and Billy have been together for more than four years. They are supposed to celebrate their fifth anniversary next month.

Update: Nikki has confirmed the break-up but refused to comment further.
