Taylor Swift's new $17 million mansion in Rhode Island was paid by the singer in cold cash, TMZ reported Saturday.

The gracious oceanfront estate was originally listed for about $20 million and Swift got a good deal by eventually only paying $17.75 million.

The award-winning songstress reportedly wired the money over straight away and movers were spotted transferring her belongings early on Saturday.

The 11,000-square-foot home stands on 5.23 acres of land in the seaside village of Watch Hill, RI. It has 8 bedrooms, 8 large fireplaces, and a Pebble Tec outdoor pool.

Months prior to the purchase, Swift reportedly made almost $1 million profit from selling her Cape Cod-style home in Hyannis Port, Mass. near the Kennedy compound, after splitting with Conor Kennedy. She stayed in the mansion for only seven months while still in relationship with Kennedy.
