Sarah Geronimo In Grammys 2013 Performers Shortlist -Report

Sarah Geronimo is included in the shortlist of international performers for Grammys 2013 on February 10, according to the pop star's fansite.

"On the 55th awarding ceremony of Grammy Awards, the organizers would like to invite foreign artists to perform live on the show. According to the report, in every continental region, there must be one performer, and based on the leaked information, the 'Concert Queen' Sarah Geronimo is included on the short list," a post on SarahGeronimo.ph claims.

It added that the organizers "recognized the brilliance of Sarah Geronimo when it comes to performances."

In her interview with TV Patrol, Geronimo said she has not received any confirmation regarding the said short list, yet.

"Hindi ko muna pinapaniwalaan kasi wala pang confirmation," she said. "Pero kung totoo man, wow."

First held in 1959, Grammy Awards recognize outstanding achievement in various categories in the commercial recording industry. The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and some of the awards of more popular interest are presented in a widely viewed televised ceremony.
