| Brad Pitt House Sold |
DeGeneres bought the luxury four-bedroom house from Pitt in December for $12 million and she sold it recently for $13 million.
The beachside property has sweeping coastal views of the Pacific Ocean and Point Mugu State Park, a lap pool, a modern kitchen and private access to a sandy beach cove.
Pitt purchased the 4,088 square-foot home on the Encinal Bluffs after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston. It is actually made up of two houses, but neither were big enough for his rapidly expanding family with Angelina Jolie.
DeGeneres and partner Portia de Rossi have also sold their $49 million Beverly Hills mansion and relocated to a more manageable $18 million house in the exclusive Trousdale Estates area of the city.
