India Eisley To Play Young Angelina Jolie In Sleeping Beauty Movie 'Maleficent'

India Eisley has been chosen to play younger Angelina Jolie in the upcoming Sleeping Beauty adaptation, "Maleficent."

In the Disney movie, Eisley and Jolie will portray different ages of the self-proclaimed "Mistress of All Evil."

Other cast include Elle Fanning, Sharlto Copley, Kenneth Cranham, Sam Riley, Miranda Richardson, and Imelda Staunton.

To be directed by Robert Stromberg with Linda Woolverton penning the script, the fantasy film is reportedly scheduled for March 14, 2014 release. 

Eisley, 18, previously starred in the blockbuster hit, "Underworld: Awakening," released earlier this year. She portrayed the role of Subject 2/Eve in the highest-grossing "Underworld" film.

The young actress is also known for her role as Ashley Juergens in the American teen drama series, "The Secret of the American Teenager."
