American Idol Finalist Shannon Magrane Eliminated
"American Idol" chose to have its usual results show Thursday despite already having disqualified earlier this week contestant Jermaine Jones for failing to disclose his full criminal history prior to the voting rounds commencing. It was a sad news for 16-year-old Shannon Magrane, who was voted off the show during the episode.

Magrane was given a chance to sing for her life to be the recipient of the judges' sole save vote for the entire season, but unfortunately, her performance of "One Sweet Day" did not persuade the judges.

Magrane was joined in the "bottom three" by  Erika Van Pelt and Elise Testone which shocked judge Jennifer Lopez.

"I'm not happy with the bottom three, especially with the performance that Elise had last night," J.Lo said.

With Shannon's elimination, the Top 10 finalists who will go on tour were revealed - Erika, Elise, DeAndre Brackensick, Hollie Cavanagh, Colton Dixon, Heejun Han, Skylar Laine, Joshua Ledet, Phillip Phillips, Jeremy Rosado, and Jessica Sanchez.

Also on the March 15 results show, Chris Daughtry returned to "Idol" stage to perform "Out of My Head" with his band. Demi Lovato also appeared and performed her latest single, "Give Your Heart a Break."
