In an interview with Yahoo!, Pinoy actor-singer Bautista admitted that he is seeing the Singaporean-Romanian actress-model and that they are off for a vacation together soon.
"We’re dating, yes. Pero yun muna [But that's all] for now," Bautista said.
Bautista, however, made it clear that they are not a couple yet.
"Hindi ko pa siya [She's not yet my] girlfriend, but we're okay," Bautista told PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in a separate interview.
Bautista, 30, and Dunareanu, 23, are co-stars in pan-Asian TV series "The Kitchen Musical."
