According to the PRC, a total of 37,513 out of 78,135 examinees successfully passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last July 2011.

Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice”.
Registration for new nurses shall require the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The dates and venues of all oathtaking for new nurses will be announced later.

ReplyDeleteAs of the moment, wala pa pong results pero they're going to be released real soon since as Dr. Sto. Tomas said they (the BON) started on full quarantine yesterday (August 19, 2011) which is the birthday of her youngest daughter... :D

But let me share that we have already started "partial quarantine" this means we take turns going on duty everyday til 10pm... on the day called LINGGO NG WIKA, my youngest daughter's birthday in fact, we go on FULL QUARANTINE. I wish all ONLY THE BEST and the heart to carry on whatever be ones fate. In all circumstances, GOD IS THERE."

ReplyDeleteYou can only verify your rating when you have your license already.
For now wala pang lalabas kung ilalagay mo info mo sa form ng PRC since ilang months pa bago mairerelease ang prc card niyo.
