Pop singer Britney Spears is coming to Manila, Philippines this November 2011 for a concert. This is according to DJ Andi Manzano who tweeted,

Spears recently released her 7th album titled "Femme Fatale". The album debuted at number one in the United States, becoming Spears' sixth number-one album in the country

There is some truth to this... but until talent producer N91Live - the same group who brought Justin Timberlake to Manila confirms, we just have to wait and see.
