Jose Rizal now has a fan page in the most popular social networking site in the country, Facebook.
Jose Rizal's descendants said to have created the Facebook page to make their "lolo" more accessible to the youth of today.
"Likers" can also monitor the countdown to the 150th Birthday of the national hero which will be observed nationwide on June 19, 2011.

Excuse my ignorance, but.... who is Jose Rizal? You could have written a something about him to educate casual visitors (such as myself) who aren't from the Philippines. Just a thought!
