
On the same report, Margie Juico, the Philippine Charity Sweeptakes Office (PCSO) chairperson, said that the lucky bettor was accompanied by his brother-in-law and his nephew in claiming his winnings at around 4pm Thursday. Juico added that he is a "simple-looking" man.
The instant multi-millionaire placed his bet using "lucky pick" at a lotto outlet in Olongapo City, Zambales for the November 29, 2010 draw of the Philippine Grand Lotto 6/55.
It seems like the claim of an old woman who told the news yesterday that her nephew/grandson ran away with the winning ticket isn't true. As well as, the jackpot winner speculated as an SBMA employee proves to be just hearsay.
