Korean pop star PSY shelled out $1.25 million to buy himself a new condo in Los Angeles.

PSY, who inked a record deal with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun in September, reportedly paid for the two-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot L.A. condo in cash.

The modern condo is in the exclusive 29-storey Blair House on Wilshire Boulevard, which is near Beverly Hills.

Estimates say the 35-year-old K-pop sensation earned roughly $8 million in 2012 from the sales and advertisement revenues of his phenomenal hit "Gangnam Style" on Youtube and some commercial endorsements.
