A total of 1,196 applicants, 792 males and 404 females, successfully passed the Philippine Military Academy Entrance Examination held last August 26, 2012 at various testing centers across the country. That's 8.22 percent of the 14,540 total number of examinees.
The passers will receive notifications from the PMA Office of Cadet Admission regarding the result of their examination and will be given instructions as to the conduct of the Complete Physical Examination, the second phase in the selection process, which the cadet candidate has to pass to be appointed as member of PMA Class 2017 who will be officially received in PMA on April 01, 2013.
