A Vanilla Ice rumor is saying that the "Ice Ice Baby" rapper has died following a car crash.

"Vanilla Ice died in a single vehicle crash on Route 80 between Morristown and Roswell. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics responding to the vehicle accident and was identified by photo ID found on his body. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been a factor in this accident - June 20, 2012," a report on Global Associated News reads.

There is no truth about the rumor as Vanilla Ice is alive and well. He even took to Twitter to deny it.

"I don't know who's spreading this rumor about me dying in a car crash but - IM ALIVE ! I have like 30 texts, from mom family and friends," he tweeted.

Global Associated News is said to be a hoax website known to falsely report the deaths of celebrities. It allows users to plug an actor's name into a generator that creates their own celebrity death headlines.
