Before his fight against Shane Mosley on May 7, Filipino pound-for-pound champ is to release a recording of Dan Hill's "Sometimes When We Touch". It's the same song he sang during his "Jimmy Kimmel Live" guesting in the US in 2009. Here's the said guesting courtesy of Youtube:
Manny Pacquaio recorded the song with Dan Hill who was wowed by the boxer's performance of his song.
"I was immediately drawn by the honesty and the gentleness of his performance. It was like 'wow'," Hill told Reuters.
Among the artists who already released a version of the song were Tina Turner, Tammy Wynette, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow and Engelbert Humperdinck.
According to reports, Pacquiao's "Sometimes When We Touch" will be released globally on April 28, 2011. :D
