Denise Millet Cornejo Identified By Vhong Navarro As Woman Who Accused Him Of Attempted Rape

Vhong Navarro named Denise Millet Cornejo as the 22-year-old woman who accused him of attempted rape.

In an interview with "Buzz Ng Bayan" on Sunday, January 26, 2014, Navarro said he met the lady two years ago and it was just last January 17 that they saw each other again. The meeting took place at Cornejo's condominium unit in Taguig City, according to the actor.

He added that Cornejo invited him to her condo again on January 22. This time, a group of men were waiting inside the room. The men pointed a gun at him and tied him up when he got inside. The men then beat him up, threatened him, and extorted money from him. Navarro identified one of the men as a certain Cedrick Lee.

"Grabe! Binaboy nila ako, tinakot nila ako... pinaratangang papatayin 'yung mga anak ko, mga magulang ko at pati ako" an emotional Navarro told "Buzz Ng Bayan" host Boy Abunda. "Hindi ako rapist, may takot ako sa Diyos."

The 37-year-old "It's Showtime" host said he was forced to sign the police blotter accusing of attempted rape because he was blackmailed.

Navarro said he broke his silence because he does not want anyone to suffer what was done to him.
