KFC Philippines unveiled on its Facebook page on Wednesday its first-ever "Cheese Top Burger," which received a mix of curious and furious reactions from its parishioners.

One Facebook user commented, "As much as I love KFC, the person who thought of this is sick in the head."

The same person sarcastically added:  "Hey why don't you try to put the a bun in the middle of two patty's... Or or or... Wrap the burger in lettuce and tie it with a strip of bacon... Or maybe dip the whole burger into ketchup! Endless ideas!"

The KFC Cheese Top Burger, a fried chicken sandwich topped with garlic-parmesan sauce with slice of cheese melted atop the bun, has also been a subject of several posts on blogs and websites including online news papers.

The burger also drew the attention of US late-night talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on ABC, which ran a funny advertising spoof of the burger in Filipino. Check out the said KFC Cheese Top Burger commercial spoof below:
