Oprah Winfrey invited the Kardashians for an interview recently, which was aired on Sunday's episode of "Oprah’s Next Chapter."

Among the highlights of the episode was when Oprah sat down with Kim, wherein the reality TV star revealed she sank into a "deep depression" after ending her 72-day marriage with NBA star Kris Humphries.

"I was in such a deep depression I thought I was going to back away from it all," Kim told Oprah. "I stayed at home for almost four months and I'm a better person now, as heartbreaking as it was to go through."

And explaining the highly publicized break up, Kim said: "You know when you just have that feeling that he's the one? When we moved in I had the feeling he was not the one."

The 31-year-old added: "I've obviously made plenty of mistakes in my lifetime, but I'm not the type to sit and beat myself up over it. If a real lesson was learned, I'm so okay with having experienced that."

According to reports, Kim is currently dating rapper and longtime friend Kanye West.

She gave this insight  about Kanye during her interview with the talk show queen.

"I always dated five years younger. My whole thing was completely different, and now I just love that I'm with someone that's a couple years older than me."

Oprah then asked "Is Kanye West your new fairy tale?"

Kim's answer will be revealed on the part two of the episode, which will air on OWN at 8 p.m. on June 24. FULL STORY...

Oprah Winfrey purportedly released a statement a few hours after the Miss Universe 2011 was crowned, yesterday. Below is the said statement which was allegedly shared by Oprah to NBC News:

“I have reservations with the results. If the only basis is the Q and A portion…, after having been trimmed down to 5, Ms. Philippines deserved to win. What made her different from the rest is that she had no seconds to rethink of her answer as she had no interpreter to break the ice. The rest had their interpreters and having breaks on seconds to think about their answers. Hands down, Ms. Philippines answered straight to the point.”

The alleged Oprah statement made its rounds in social media sites and was even picked up by some news sites despite the absence of a reliable "mother link."

Just today, Oprah Winfrey's camp has denied the "Queen of Talk" making the said statement.

"There is no truth to the statement. Ms. Winfrey has not made any comments of this nature." the moderator of Oprah's official website said. FULL STORY...
