Bruno Mars, Michael Copon rock Cebu | Bruno Mars' Cebu Concert Videos

Bruno Mars held his first concert in the Philippines in Cebu last night, April 7, 2011 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino. He was joined by his band and Hollywood actor Half-Filipino Michael Copon who opened the show.

A sold-out concert, it was attended by a number of fans from all walks of life - although mostly are youth, there were also children and middle-aged adults. Actor Marvin Agustin, (singer Miguel Escueta?) and Bruno Mars' family were also spotted in the venue.

Bruno Mars selected upbeat songs for this concert including his famous hits like "Billionaire", "Just The Way You Are", "Marry You", "Count on Me", "The Lazy Song" and "Grenade". He also did Michael Jackson's "Billy Jean" which he said was one of the songs he used to sing in bars in Hawaii with his band when he was still not that popular. He also showed his dance moves which made the crowd go wild.

After Bruno Mars sang his last song for the night, the audience craved for more and screamed "One more!". He gave in to the fans' request and sang another song. He also said he is proud to be Filipino and promised to come back in the Philippines in the future.

Manila is the next and last stop of Bruno Mars' concert series in the country. It will be held at the Araneta Coliseum at 8pm tonight, April 8, 2011.

Japan Earthquake 2011 Update: Strong aftershock rocks Japan on April 7

While the Japanese people are struggling to deal with the catastrophe caused by the destructive earthquake and tsunami last month, their efforts are rather getting shaky as new earthquakes are being experienced every now and then.

On April 7, 2011, at 11:32 p.m local time, a strong aftershock which registered at 7.1-magnitude on the Richter Scale struck Northern Japan again which is same epicenter of the devastating 9.0-magnitude earthquake on March 11. At first it was reported magnitude 7.4 but later downgraded to 7.1.

A tsunami warning of up to 6 feet was issued immediately and people along the coastline were told to evacuate. The tsumani warning was lifted after 90 minutes.

According to reports, the tremor also caused power shutdown in several areas in the Northeast and may have further damaged the Fukushima plant. Workers also evacuated the plant until the danger of tsunami caused by this latest shock is past.

The powerful April 7 earthquake killed 2 and injured a hundred people, according to latest news reports.

Regine Velasquez is yet to confirm pregnancy

Although it has been reported in news sites like PhilStar and confirmed by an entertainment journalist on TV which instantly spread in the internet like wildfire, Regine Velasquez nor her husband Ogie Alcasid has not given a word on the said pregnancy yet.

Reports say that the singer-actress is 5 weeks pregnant which said to be the reason why she collapsed during a "Party Pilipinas" episode, a couple of weeks ago. Her doctor reportedly advised her to take it slow while working. However, according to an ABS-CBN report it was because of her recurrent migraine that she fainted.

Fainting is a sign of pregnancy but it does not necessarily mean that Regine is pregnant right?

Although I guess, the two journalists are quite credible as well.They would not be there if they're not credible enough.

While searching for some photos of Diego Loyzaga to be posted in this blog, Noypi came across an alleged photo of Diego very intimate with an unknown girl. It's a collage photo of 8 images with a couple of them showing Diego kissing the girl.

Fans may ask whether she's a present or a past girlfriend? Noypi got no idea but Diego certainly looks younger on the photo - if it's him. It must have been taken a long time ago.

Noypi is wondering if the fans would go wild if they'd know that Diego is 'taken' already, just like when Justin Bieber's fans went hysterical when a photo of JB kissing Fil-Am Jasmine Villegas surfaced. Lol.

Diego Loyzaga, son of Cesar Montano and Teresa Loyzaga, enters showbiz; joins 'Mara Clara' cast!

The son of Noypi celebs Cesar Montano and Teresa Loyzaga, Diego Loyzaga is set to kick off his career in showbiz with his first project, "Mara Clara".

Yeah, the 15-year old cutie is the newest addition to the cast of today's top-rating TV show in the Philippines! He will be playing the role of "Derrick" which was originally portrayed by late actor Rico Yan.

Born on May 21, 1995, Diego migrated to Australia in 2000 with his mom and aunt actress Bing Loyzaga. He is now based in Philippines and is an incoming third-year high school student.

We'll be seeing more of Diego for sure since he signed a 3-year contract with the Kapamilya network.

Regine Velasquez expecting first child at 40

Entertainment columnist Jun Lalin recently confirmed that Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez is pregnant. He further revealed that Mrs. Alcasid is in her 5th week of pregnancy during the 1st anniversary episode of TV5's "Paparazzi" last Sunday.

Actress-host Ruffa Gutierrez also confirmed the report via Twitter:

“Wow Congratulations to Regine & Ogie! So happy for tme!:)” Ruffa tweeted.

Regine's condition was said to be the reason why the 40-year old singer-actress collapsed while doing "Party Pilipinas" a couple of weeks ago. Her doctor reportedly advised her to take it slow while working.

Regine Velasquez and husband actor-composer-singer Ogie Alcasid got married on December 22, 2010.
